Santiago Skies

I can’t get enough of Santiago skies.  From our balcony views, to the mountains to the sunsets.  The view looks different everyday, and it really is always special.

Balcony Views

From our 8th floor flat we get to see greenery, mountains and the tallest building in Latin America.  The sunsets are also pretty great!

These sunset photos were all taken on different days, which shows you the variety of colours that are on show!IMG_2472IMG_2233IMG_2230IMG_2228IMG_2232IMG_2227IMG_2226IMG_2142

And that time when the full moon really was glowing was great too!DSC05533IMG_2207

Bus Views

Yesterday, on the bus back from outside of Santiago.  I snapped these sunset shots as the sun dipped into the mountains.  It was peacefully beautiful. IMG_2491 IMG_2497 IMG_2498

  1. I can’t get over the view from the rooftop yoga! I don’t do yoga but I would for a view like that. Also I’m so jealous of your balcony view, what a treat. You must love watching the skies change from it. They certainly look very different from English skies, that’s for sure!

  2. whoa! Yoga on top of San Cristobal sounds like the best yoga location ever! Though it’s already a work out just to get up there ;). We were on the 7th floor in Santiago and had a balcony that directly faced the sunset. I have some really pretty sunset pictures from that month too! My favorite part of the day was flinging open the balcony doors and watching the sun set. 🙂

  3. Wow that is an amazing view for yoga! Great photography of the Santiago skies, I have always loved the view of the mountains.
