Let’s start with pão de queijo, otherwise know as fresh cheesy buns. Served with chimichurri.
Oh and you’ll need a refreshing, icy, passionfruit capiriña, to wash those down.
Now feast your eyes on these spicy prawn skewers…
With a squeeze of lime.
Or maybe you prefer the goat’s cheese, serrano and sweet fig flatbread?
Ok, time for the main. A hearty serving of squid ink risotto…
And the evening ended with fireworks, literally.

Or a dulce de leche melting fondant
